  • 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of HerbaZest Acai Powder
  • 1 cup of Almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup

Directions

Light and nutritious, this acai chia pudding can be enjoyed as breakfast, midday snack, or dessert. Chia is loaded with protein and fiber, which help regulate blood sugar levels and boost metabolism. Acai, on the other hand, is rich in antioxidants and vitamin A, helping you stay in optimal health.

  1. Take two jars and place equal amounts of the chia seeds, maple syrup, and almond milk in each of them. Add the acai powder to one of them.(2 minutes)
  2. Give it a mix and let it sit for 3-5 minutes. Then mix both jars again until there are no clumps. Put the lids on and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.(2 hours)
  3. Garnish with favorite fruits and other toppings before serving. Enjoy!
