Creamy and rather neutrally flavored, cooked millet is a wonderful base for bliss balls. It also offers protein, fiber, and key micronutrients. The balls' nutritional content is further enhanced by acai, which is an excellent source of antioxidants as well as healthy fats, complex carbs, and protein. These acai bliss balls are a great snack to have on hand.
