- 6 cups of water (or as required)
- 1 teaspoon of saffron petals
- 1 teaspoon of saffron (stems)

Try this soothing infusion of passionflower and saffron to relax after a long day. Both herbs have mild sedative properties to promote relaxation and relieve anxiety.
Consume by the cupful, as required, without exceeding three cups in one day. Reheat in a saucepan to enjoy the infusion hot, or refrigerate and serve with ice to enjoy chilled.
