Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt
    Greek yogurt
  • Honey

  • Dark chocolate chips
    Dark chocolate chips
  • coconut oil
    Coconut oil
  • 1 cup of strawberries (diced)
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (or semi sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Directions

These strawberry yogurt clusters are so wholesome they can be eaten for breakfast. Sweetened with honey, they also make for a delicious and refreshing dessert or snack. With each bite, you'll get a boost of protein and probiotics from the Greek yogurt as well as antioxidants from strawberries and cacao.

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.(2 minutes)
  2. In a bowl, gently mix together the strawberries, honey, and Greek yogurt.(2 hours)
  3. Using a spoon, place dollops of the mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 30-40 minutes.(40 minutes)
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or a double boiler. Dip each cluster in the melted chocolate until fully covered. Then place them back on the sheet. Freeze until set.(30 minutes)
  5. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
