  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups of Whole Milk (or non-dairy)

Directions

This kaniwa pineapple smoothie is a powerhouse of nutrients. It provides healthy fats from avocado, digestion-easing enzymes from pineapple, complete protein from kaniwa, and tryptophan from banana, thus offering a great option for a nutritious breakfast or post-workout recovery.

  1. Peel the banana, avocado, and pineapple.(3 minutes)
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.(2 minutes)
