Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons of HerbaZest Maca Powder
  • 1/4 cup of chia
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of HerbaZest Cacao Powder
  • 1 cup of whole milk (or non-dairy)

Directions

There are so many great things to say about this maca chocolate chia pudding. First, it is easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time for breakfast or snack on-the-go. Second, it is made with wholesome ingredients, like hormone-balancing maca, energy-boosting cacao, and highly nutritious chia seeds. Third, its delicate maple and chocolaty undertones deliciously combine with maca's nutty notes, creating a meal that is not only good, but also good for you.

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl.(3 minutes)
  2. Set the mixture aside for 10-15 minutes without whisking. Then give it a mix, put the lid on, and place the bowl in refrigerator overnight (or for at least six hours).(6 hours)
  3. When ready to serve, stir the pudding and garnish it with strawberries or other fruits you may have on hand. Enjoy!(2 minutes)

Besides strawberries, you may also sprinkle your maca chocolate chia pudding with shaved dark chocolate, cacao nibs, or shredded coconut.
