Directions

This refreshing smoothie combines the power of camu camu, the best known source of vitamin C, with ginger and lime to help the body shield itself from seasonal illnesses. Carrot adds betacarotene, while spinach provides vitamin K for healthy bones and coenzyme Q10 for skin regeneration, making this smoothie a great option for a fresh start every morning!
