Camu camu is the best known source of vitamin C, providing about 30 times more than that of oranges. Mixing it with other herbs in morning juices is an easy way to get all the essential nutrients you need. This recipe combines the benefits of Amazonian camu camu with the complementary, antioxidant action of ginger and lime, apple's  anti-inflammatory effects, carrot's betacarotene, for eye health and immunity, and beetroot's nitrates, which help reduce blood pressure and promote cardiovascular health.
