  • 2 cups of Peas (frozen)
  • 1 clove of Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons of Spearmint (or peppermint)
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of Tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice


Bright green, creamy, and full of delicious flavors, this green pea mint dip will spoil your taste buds to the fullest extent. It has refreshing lemon and mint undertones with a delicate touch of garlic and sesame. Serve it as a dip or sandwich spread as well as alongside lunch or dinner meals for extra nutrition.

  1. Thaw the peas under cold water in a colander. Allow to drain well.(3 minutes)
  2. Place the thawed peas along with the rest of the ingredients to a blender. Process until your preferred consistency.(3 minutes)
  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers etc.). Enjoy!
