  • 1/4 cup of HerbaZest Dried Goldenberries (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley (finely chopped)
  • 4 ounces of goat cheese
  • Honey (to drizzle)


In this quick and easy appetizer, creamy goat cheese is coated in a perfectly balanced mixture of slightly tart goldenberries, crunchy walnuts, and fresh parsley. Enjoyed with pita chips or smeared on a crostini, it will mesmerize your taste buds.

  1. If your goat cheese is not already in the shape of a log, take a piece of plastic wrap, add the cheese, and shape it into a log. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 min.(30 minutes)
  2. To a bowl, add the finely chopped parsley, dried goldenberries, and walnuts. Give it a good mix.(3 minutes)
  3. Gently roll the goat cheese log in the walnut-goldenberry-parsley mixture until completely covered.(2 minutes)
  4. Place on a plate, drizzle with honey, and enjoy!
