  • 3/4 cups of papaya (cubed and frozen)
  • 3/4 cups of mango (cubed and frozen)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen + fresh for garnish)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of greek yogurt (or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons of HerbaZest Kaniwa Pop (for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons of hemp seeds (for garnish)
