  • Sweetener of choice (to taste; optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of pistachios (chopped)

This dark chocolate fudge is rich, smooth, and made with just a few pure ingredients for a deeply satisfying treat. A creamy base, naturally rich in protein and antioxidants from Greek yogurt and cacao, is topped with crunchy pistachios and crispy amaranth, adding even more key nutrients. This simple recipe allows you to sweeten naturally with maple syrup or stevia, or leave it unsweetened for a deeper cacao flavor.

  1. Melt the chocolate and mix with Greek yogurt and optional sweetener until smooth.(5 minutes)
