  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons of HerbaZest Amaranth Pop
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of HerbaZest Cacao Powder
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Salt (a pinch)


Whether it is for breakfast or dessert, it is always a good time to eat chocolate, especially when accompanied by other wholesome ingredients. This decadent treat gets its chocolaty flavor from pure cacao, while its protein and fiber come from chia. Topped with popped amaranth and sweetened with maple syrup, this chia pudding brings satisfaction with every delicious spoonful.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for amaranth pop. Mix together until there are no clumps.(3 minutes)
  2. Set it aside for a few minutes, then mix it again, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.(3 hours)
  3. To serve, fill half of a jar with the pudding, add a tablespoon of amaranth pop, and top it with the rest of the pudding. Garnish with the remaining amaranth pop and favorite fruits.(3 minutes)
