Ingredients

  • Whole Milk
    Whole Milk
  • Chia seeds
    Chia seeds
  • Vanilla extract
    Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of Carob Powder
  • 1 cup of Whole Milk (or non-dairy)
  • 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Directions

Being rich in protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs, the edible seeds from chia plant make for an exceptionally nutritious breakfast. This chia pudding is enhanced with carob, whose greatest asset is that it is naturally sweet, high in dietary fiber, and low in fat.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a jar and mix well.(2 minutes)
  2. Set aside for 5 minutes and then mix it again to prevent clumps. Put the lid on and put in the fridge overnight.(5 minutes)
  3. The next day, garnish as desired and enjoy!

For a sweeter carob chia pudding, add honey, maple syrup, or stevia.
