- Place all of the ingredients in a jar and mix well.(2 minutes)
- Set aside for 5 minutes and then mix it again to prevent clumps. Put the lid on and put in the fridge overnight.(5 minutes)
- The next day, garnish as desired and enjoy!
For a sweeter carob chia pudding, add honey, maple syrup, or stevia.
