Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup of milk (or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of HerbaZest Camu Camu Powder
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • Favorite topping (Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, granola)

Directions

This creamy chia pudding blends strawberries with camu camu, a fruit naturally rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Chia brings a range of nutrients while naturally thickening the pudding into a creamy, spoonable texture. Fresh, flavorful, and easy to prepare, it makes a nourishing breakfast or wholesome snack.

  1. Combine the strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, camu camu powder, and maple syrup in a bowl. Blend until completely smooth using an immersion blender.(5 minutes)
  2. Stir in the chia seeds until evenly incorporated. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then stir again.(12 minutes)
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the mixture thickens and the chia seeds fully absorb the liquid, creating a pudding-like texture.(4 hours)
  4. Serve chilled on its own or garnished with your favorite toppings!
