  • 2 teaspoons of HerbaZest Aguaje Powder
  • 4 cups of blueberries (frozen)
  • 15 ounces of coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • Salt (a pinch)

Directions

Tropical and vibrant, these popsicles combine antioxidant-rich blueberries with the exotic notes of aguaje and coconut. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup, they're a refreshing and nourishing way to cool down.

  1. In a blender, combine aguaje powder, coconut milk, frozen blueberries, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.(3 minutes)
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness, if needed.(1 minute)
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Optionally, sprinkle your favorite toppings (e.g. quinoa crispies) on top before closing the mold. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid.(4 hours)
  4. To release, run molds under warm water for a few seconds before serving. Enjoy!
