Bursting with antioxidant-rich acai and blackberries, this is a smoothie that will keep you going all day. The coconut water will hydrate you, while the pineapple, green apple, and banana will sustain your vitamin and phytonutrient requirements. This acaí, blackberry, and mint smoothie is perfect for you and your family as a burst of health for any time of day.

  1. Cut open both young coconuts to get the water out. If you cannot find them, you can use bottled coconut water, or substitute with water or apple juice.(5 minutes)
  2. Slice the apple and remove the seeds. Skin can remain.(2 minutes)
  3. Blend toguether the coconut water, the apple, the whole peeled lime, and the honey.(3 minutes)
  4. Pour into a glass and add your favorite garnish. Enjoy your tropical treat!
