They are hard! We roasted them again, still hard so we grounded them up and sprinkled on our food. Tried them once was good enough for us.

I had never tried sacha inchi seeds before, but I heard them mentioned from a YouTube influencer talking about ways to get more fiber. I am always down for trying new foods, so I searched Amazon for them and found this brand to be the best buy. I was NOT disappointed. The taste is earthy - not salty or sweet in any way. I like that taste so I found it very pleasing. The consistency, to me, is like chewing an almond or a cashew. It does have a good amount of fiber (although a good amount of calories comes with it), but I just figure these into my daily calorie budget and enjoy.
