Ultimate low carb "go to" snack. Doesnt raise insulin levels. Omega3's as well! I combine them with my nut and seed appetizer before dinner.

The packaging and product are perfect. I will say that the flavor is something to get used to. A bit earthy or green to me, which is not snacking flavor for me. However, I just put them in my toaster oven for about 5 minutes and then the flavor is a bit more roasted and perfect snacking food for me. I highly recommend these as they have a great fat profile and are chock full of fiber.
