these nuts are great. but the taste is bland - however I sprinkle some sea salt in my hand then add the nuts and they taste delicious. I add the nuts to any dish (sardines for example) and they make the snack into a satisfying meal.

My top go-to snacking choice. High fiber with good amount of protein. Ive tried them from a few different brands. This was an unfamiliar one but I wasnt disappointed. The package was vacuum sealed and the seeds are as fresh as the others. Will get the larger bag next time.

This Sasha Inchii by HerbaZest is by far the best in taste and in effect upon how I feel after eating it. My only complaint is that it is not available in a Powder form at this time, so I had to crush it to put it in my smoothie.
