I am always looking for low-carb high-protein snacks to carry with me that way when I’m out and about and get hungry I don’t turn to fast food. I always have something with me. These are easy to carry in my purse and they taste pretty good I’m not in love with the taste yet, but the more I eat them the more I like them.

I was pleasantly surprised by these. When I read some people get a "fishy" after taste I was pretty skeptical about trying them, but I don't notice that at all. They have a sort of peanutty-taste with a hint of grass (if that makes any sense). I don't necessarily eat them plain, but I crush and add them to my oatmeal, on top of almond butter on crackers, in yogurt, and things like that. I definitely plan on making these a part of my daily diet!

I bought these for the health benefits. I do like them though the flavor really does taste like cut grass as others have said. I don't mind it at all, just peculiar. I would have given them 5 stars had there maybe been a touch of salt on them. Otherwise they are quite good. I have not tried them in recipes. Just eat serving as a snack. I'd recommend.
