Abstract
The Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry is devoted to emerging research on agriculture, foods, and their byproducts, from a chemical or biochemical point of view. They also encourage toxicological and nutritional evaluations and profiles of different food products.
Edited by James N. Seiber, an emeritus professor at the University of California, Davis, the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry is the most cited journal in the Agricultural category, and has an impact factor of 3.107. It has also been cited more than 82,400 times.
