  • 2 tablespoons of HerbaZest Sacha Inchi Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter
  • 1 Banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cups of Whole Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Ice cubes (or more)


This deliciously creamy smoothie is an excellent idea for a satisfying breakfast or a post-workout recovery meal. It is rich in quality protein from sacha inchipeanuts, bananas, milk, and plain yogurt. You can also easily make it vegan by swapping milk and yogurt for non-dairy alternatives.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.(3 minutes)
  2. Transfer to glasses and enjoy!
