Directions

Being highly concentrated in nutrients, matcha tea makes for a great addition to smoothies, especially in the morning since it is know to increase energy and concentration. The addition of sacha inchi will offer you a solid protein punch to start your day with feeling strong and energetic.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add more milk for a more liquidy consistency.(5 minutes)
  2. Pour into two bowls, garnish as desired, and enjoy right away!

Top your smoothie bowl with whatever fruits you have on hand, such as green apples, mango, or kiwi. Sprinkling nuts and seeds, such as sesame, sunflower, or almonds, enriches the smoothie with dietary fiber and healthy fats.
