  • 1/2 peach (sliced)
  • Peppermint (fresh leaves for garnish)
  • 2 bread (slices, any rye variety)
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese (at room temperature)

Peaches and cream cheese are a match made in heaven! This easy toasted peach sandwich gives this classic combo a healthy twist. Rye bread is a good option for those watching their diet and searching to improve gut function as it has low glycemic index and high fiber content.
