  • 1 cup of millet flour
  • 1 cup of whole-wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
  • 4 tablespoons of canola oil
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Whip up the eggs with a handheld mixed until fluffy.(3 minutes)
  3. Continue mixing as you gradually ad the honey.(2 minutes)
  4. Then gradually add the yogurt and oil and continue mixing.(3 minutes)
  5. Using a wooden spoon, mix in the flours, cinnamon, and baking soda.(2 minutes)
  6. Transfer the mixture to a round springform pan and decorate it with plums. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes our dry.(45 minutes)
