  • 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Banana (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons of Quinoa Flakes (for garnish)

Directions

This hormone-balancing smoothie provides a powerful combination of tofu, which - being soy-based - has estrogenic properties, maca, which stimulates natural production of reproductive hormones, and quinoa, a complete source of essential amino acids that are transformed by the body into protein for muscle building.   1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, except for the banana. Blend until creamy.(3 minutes)
