  • 1 pound of feta cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cups of olives (Green & Kalamata)
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup of basil (fresh, thinly sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice (or more to taste)
  • 3 teaspoons of dried oregano


This easy feta olive salad is a delicious side dish that will liven up your meals. Creamy, salty feta cheese and juicy, slightly fruity olives are marinated in a lemony olive oil and oregano mixture. It's loaded with Mediterranean flavors and a bunch of nutrients.

  1. Drain the olives and add them to a large bowl along with the feta cheese, garlic, and fresh basil.(2 minutes)
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, dried oregano, and lemon juice.(1 minute)
  3. Pour the olive oil mixture into the large bowl and using a wooden spoon, give everything a gentle mix.(1 minute)
  4. Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse together. Enjoy!(8 hours)
