- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
- Drain the chickpeas. Place them on a clean kitchen towel and dry them really when, while removing the skin as much as possible.(5 minutes)
- Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet, drizzle them with olive oil, add the salt, and give it all a good mix. Spread them in one layer and bake for 50 minutes, flipping them halfway through.(50 minutes)
- Take out of the oven and add in the spices. Set aside to cool. Enjoy!
Store these crispy chickpeas for 2-3 days.
