  • 2 teaspoons of Aguaje Powder
  • 1 cup of Strawberry (frozen + for garnish)
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup of Whole Milk (or almond/soy milk)
  • 1/2 cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract


Strawberries and cream are a sugary match made in heaven! Luckily, this delicious smoothie not only offers healthier substitutions without refined sugar and other additives, but also features an Amazonian superfood, aguaje.

Very popular in its native regions, aguaje has shown to be especially helpful in alleviating symptoms of hormonal fluctuations during menopause and throughout the menstrual cycle. Its high content of vitamin A is also beneficial for maintaining healthy vision and beautiful skin.
