Vinegar- Distilled water
- Peppermint essential oil
- Eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 cup of vinegar
- 1 cup of distilled water
- 8 drops of peppermint essential oil
- 8 drops of eucalyptus essential oil

One of the most favorite place of dust mites to hide are mattresses and bed sheets, leaving people feeling miserable and unable to sleep. Luckily, this easy dust mite spray with eucalyptus and peppermint will deter dust mites from their secret hiding and keep you bed allergen-free and smelling fresh.
- Pour all of the ingredients into a spray bottle and give it a good mix.(5 minutes)
Before putting on freshly washed bed sheets, spray the mattresses with your dust mite spray and leave to aid dry. Then vacuum it from all sides. Repeat every week.
