Ingredients
- 15 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 15 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 2 cups of Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup of Water (or more)
Directions
Baking soda is one of the best yet simplest household cleaning solutions. Instead of merely masking refrigerator odors, it neutralized and absorbs them. With delicate scents of lemon and lavender, these homemade deodorizing cubes will help eliminate unpleasant smells and keep the fridge fresh.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until they resemble wet sand. Add a little more water if the consistency seems too dry.(3 minutes)
- Press the mixture into a silicone mold and set them aside for two days.(48 hours)
- Take them out of the mold and transfer them into a jar. Use as needed.
Place one or two cubes in a small bowl and keep it inside your fridge. Replace them every two months.
