These delicious chocolate donuts are a one-bowl dessert that will be on your table in less than half an hour. They are rich, moist, fluffy, and – best of all – made with pure cacao, which enhances their deep, bold flavor.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a donut pan and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cacao powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.(3 minutes)
  3. Add in the milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Give it all a good mix.(3 minutes)
  4. Divide the batter between the donut wells, filling them 3/4 full. Bake for 12 minutes.(12 minutes)
  5. Let the donut pan rest for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven. Then remove the donuts from the pan and let them cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!

You can garnish your vegan chocolate donuts with a variety of toppings, including melted chocolate and crushed nuts.
