  • 4 tablespoons of Sacha Inchi Powder
  • 2 cups of Papaya (cubed)
  • 1 Banana (frozen, sliced)
  • 4 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger (minced)
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 4 Ice cubes (or more, if desired)

Directions

This fruity smoothie will be sure to give you an early morning lift or needed afternoon boost while keeping you full and satisfied until your next meal. It includes creamy papaya and banana, both rich in dietary fiber to help promote optimal digestion, as well as freshly minced ginger to add anti-inflammatory benefits.   1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high.(1 minute)
