  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 3/4 cups of HerbaZest Quinoa Pop
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
  • Sea salt (a very pinches)

Directions

With crunchy quinoa pop, creamy peanut butter, and a rich cacao topping,these frozen bites bring together wholesome ingredients in a snack that feels both nourishing and indulgent. Quinoa and peanuts provide plant-based protein and fiber, while cacao adds deep chocolate flavor to every bite. Easy to make ahead and keep in the freezer, they're perfect for quick snacks throughout the week.

  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth and well combined. Then add the quinoa pop and stir until evenly coated.(5 minutes)
  2. Using an ice cream scoop, place dollops of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or tray. Flatten each bite slightly with the back of a spoon.(5 minutes)
  3. Melt the chocolate chips until thick and smooth, then spoon the melted chocolate over each bite. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.(5 minutes)
  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy straight from the freezer or let sit for a few minutes before serving.(30 minutes)
