Making this delicious smoothie is a great way to take advantage of the benefits of matcha, a renowned tea of Chinese origins. Mango, on the other hand, is an great source vitamins C, B, A as well as copper, while banana helps support a healthy digestion. This naturally sweet smoothie also contains flaked amaranth, which adds proteins and a unique texture for a very filling and nutritious breakfast.
You may garnish your mango match smoothie with some more amaranth flakes, cacao nibs, or other seeds of choice.
