  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Water
  • 1/2 cup of Ice cubes

Directions

Pears and apples make for an amazing addition to smoothies not only due to their flavor, but also due to their nutrients. Both are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and minerals, like iron and calcium. Maca, on the other hand, adds hormone-regulating and energy-boosting compounds to help you stay healthy day in and day out.

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.(2 minutes)
  2. Transfer to glasses and enjoy cold!
