  • 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Paprika powder
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup of Spinach (or according to preference)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (cut into sticks)
  • Wrap bread (4-6)

Directions

Wraps are a nice idea for a quick and wholesome lunch, and this crispy tofu wrap is no exception. As a soy product, tofu is packed with complete protein and phytoestrogens. Its Asian-inspired flavors come from a delicious combination of garlic, sesame, paprika, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Rolled with fresh veggies, this crispy tofu wrap is guaranteed to leave you fully satisfied.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grate the tofu block and place it in a bowl.(5 minutes)
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and paprika powder. Add the mixture to grated tofu and mix to combine.(2 minutes)
  3. Spread the tofu on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until crispy and browned.(20 minutes)
  4. To assemble the wraps, place spinach in the center of each wrap. Top it cucumber sticks, crispy tofu, and avocado slices. Roll it and serve right away.(10 minutes)
