Creamy Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup of pineapple (cubed, frozen)
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 cup of whole milk (or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 6 ice cubes (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (or maple syrup; optional)


Whether you drink this green goodness straight from the glass or transform it into a smoothie bowl, it will not disappoint you. Avocados are packed with healthy fats and blend well with naturally sweet fruits, like bananas and pineapple. Spinach, on the other hand, adds a good dose of micronutrients, including vitamins A and K. 

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!(5 minutes)
