Ingredients

  • Papaya
    Papaya
  • Greek yogurt
    Greek yogurt
  • Maple Syrup
    Maple Syrup
  • Water
    Water
  • 1 cup of Papaya (ripe; cubed)
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Ground cardamom
  • Maple Syrup (to taste; optional)
  • Water (according to preference)

Directions

Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant compounds, papaya is a wonderful fruit to add to your healthy smoothies. It is known to lower oxidative stress, improve digestion, and promote heart health. This particular papaya smoothie is naturally sweet, contains probiotics from Greek yogurt, and has a lovely cardamom's aroma.

  1. Place all of the ingredients (except for water) in a blender. Process until smooth. Add water to reach your desired consistency (optional) and sweeten it with maple syrup if using.(3 minutes)
  2. Transfer into glasses and enjoy!
