  • 2 teaspoons of HerbaZest Camu Camu Powder
  • 3 cups of strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of agave syrup (or more to taste)


There is nothing as satisfying as enjoying a bowl of delicious ice-cream, knowing that it was made with wholesome ingredients. This recipe combines frozen strawberries with a probiotic-rich yogurt and vitamin C-rich camu camu. Being free of refined sugar, this strawberry ice-cream is delicately sweetened with the syrup extracted from agave.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender. Process until creamy.(5 minutes)
  2. Enjoy right away or transfer to an air-tight container and store it in the freezer.
