Ingredients

  • Camu Camu Powder
    Camu Camu Powder
  • Strawberry
    Strawberry
  • Plain Yogurt
    Plain Yogurt
  • Agave syrup
    Agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of Camu Camu Powder
  • 3 cups of Strawberry (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of Agave syrup (or more to taste)

Directions

There is nothing as satisfying as enjoying a bowl of delicious ice-cream, knowing that it was made with wholesome ingredients. This recipe combines frozen strawberries with a probiotic-rich yogurt and vitamin C-rich camu camu. Being free of refined sugar, this strawberry ice-cream is delicately sweetened with the syrup extracted from agave.

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or a high-sped blender. Process until creamy.(5 minutes)
  2. Enjoy right away or transfer to an air-tight container and store it in the freezer.
