True organic Amaranth Flour can really stand out as it is meant to, although I do not prefer to find it with other grains in any blend or mix, especially with Chia, or Quinoa, only a couple of examples. My wisdom roots tell me those grains will not be right for me personally, only when they are blended, or mixed. These are often found together in various health food snack bars, and not candy bars, ugh, altogether not for me. Organic Amaranth Flour is highly favored by me, and yes, enough so, I would like to have a 10 pounds bag of it, to last me at least a seasons length. It will be placed where I will remember to think of it, never hurrying when assembling, or re-assembling.

I make Indian bread with this flour mixed with sorghum flour and cornstarch and xanthan gum. It has a really good taste.
