I first began using this flour in my baking after starting the Blood Type Diet.. According to that diet, different flours are beneficial to people with different blood types. It had this flour, Amaranth, listed as one of the most beneficial flours for someone with Blood type A. I had never heard of it before. First, I checked our local grocery stores but they didn't have it and so I was happy to find it here on Amazon. After reading about it, I learned how healthy this flour is since it's a good source of nutrients, fiber, and protein. So I started trying to use it in my normal recipes for biscuits and other baked items. I discovered quickly that it didn't seem to have the same consistency or results of other flours in my baking. It reminded me more of what results l have when baking with rice flour. Seeing how beneficial it is though, I decided to try to make some adjustments to my recipes so I can use it. Now I just google recipes with rice flour and then use this Amaranth in the recipes instead of rice??I made some pancakes recently with it. Here's the recipe I used...Fluffy Amaranth pancakes INGREDIENTS: 1 Egg (I used 'chia egg') 1c milk (I used soy milk) 3 Tbsp Sugar 1c Amaranth flour 2 tsp Baking powder little Oil (for cooking)INSTRUCTIONS: Whisk liquid ingredients.. Put egg, milk,, and sugar in a bowl and whisk. Add combined flour & baking powder and mix until smooth. Heat a skillet.. then add a little oil, pour batter, and cook on medium heat (or lower) until bubbles start forming over the surface for about two minutes. Flip and cook for about one minute. Add favorite toppings and some maple syrup.. Enjoy!I don't think you'll be disappointed with this Amaranth flour.. As far as taste goes, it seems to have a good flavor and be a good quality flour.. Hope this review helps at least one person????

I have made both bread and crackers with this product and I love the taste. I don’t even add anything to the bread or the crackers and it still taste wonderful
