  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1 cup of pecans

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground smoked paperika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper (a pinch)

This recipe brings out the best in roasted nuts and sacha inchi seeds by coating them in a warm, sweet, and gently spicy blend inspired by pantry spices like onion, garlic, bell peppers, black pepper, chili, and cayenne.
