This green smoothie recipe has two advantages: it is highly nutritous, while being naturally sweet and delicious. It features camu camu, one of the best known sources of vitamin C, and ginger, a potent anti-inflammatory root. Spinach and mango are also rich sources of vitamin C, although their main immunity-boosting properties lie in its abundant antioxidants and beta-carotene.

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to reach your preferred texture.(5 minutes)
