Omega3 and high fiber & complete protein & high protein/carbohydrate ratio

These go great with many foods and can correct the high Omega6/Omega3 ratio that creeps into (mostly) vegan diets. Great if you are watching your blood sugar. All the carbohydrate in them is fiber! The protein is complete! Some people say there is a fishy aftertaste to Sacha Inchi seeds. I do not notice that at all, while I do experience it with other Omega3 rich vegan foods such as flax and (sometimes) canola oil and walnuts. If you spend a good deal of time eating saturated fat and sugar, you will not like "Peru peanuts".
Tasty and super healthy alternative to chips.

I love these. I toss 2 cups of Sachi Inchi with 2 teaspoons of oil (grapeseed or your choice) and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce then spread out on a shallow, rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle them with light salt, garlic and onion powder and bake them at 300 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. They make a delicious, crunchy, healthy treat the whole family devours! No guilt, all good and so much protein and fiber we eat them every day.

Excellent keto find

I've been trying several less common nut/seed varieties as part of a keto diet and recently found this sacha inchi product. They fit my diet and nutrition goals well: the label gives it zero net carbs, the fat is higher than the protein - all good things for which I look. Not as super-fatty as pili nuts but a great alternative for variety's sake at the very least. The flavor is interesting - grassy, somewhat buttery. This product is simply roasted - no oils or salt added. Definitely recommend trying these.
Could use a little salt

Good timing how I just took these seeds out to much on, as I got an offer from Amazon to be an early reviewer of this product. Nice and chewy texture. Tastes like a bland peanut. Could use a little salt I will still eat and semi-enjoy because of the high protein content and good source of omega 3's.
I didn’t like the flavor.

I’m guessing these are an acquired taste. I like the crunch, and love the nutritional value. However, the flavor, in my opinion, is less than desirable. I get a hint of a fishy flavor with each bite. I don’t like fish. I’ll finish this package but won’t buy another. I’m sure others love these. Not for me.
