Flavor is great and it is comparable to cream of wheat or better. Very filling and low glicemic index. No gluten. Helps me maintain low glucose readings.

I am allergic to oats so these quinoa flakes are my life saver! They work great in anything that calls for oats. I especially love them in my banana egg quinoa flakes pancakes! They are a bit pricey especially if needing a lot of them for like cookies, but I tend to hoard it just for my special pancakes. Packaging is great and had no issues with delivery.
