This is not very sweet at all. I don't eat processed white sugar. I only eat coconut nectar and dates. This is like a fine powder, like flour. Its not like date sugar. It's like a sweeter version of flour. I'm happy to support their efforts, but won't be buying again. I'm a little disappointed.
