At first I wanted to use this like straight vitamin C and tried to have a Tablespoon at a time. My tummy wasn't having it as it hurt a bit...so I went to the recommended amount of 1 teaspoon in my oats or smoothies and it is fabulous. Also a great liver cleaner...but a little bit at a time.

I like that this is a natural source of vitamin C. As long as the stated specs are correct everything is good. I take it everyday. It is a little bitter but as an adult I do not need everything to taste sweet, if it tastes really good, it may not be that good for you. i.e. pies, cakes, candy etc.

I purchased this Camu Camu powder to add into my morning protein shake. I want the added antioxidant for the betterment of my health. The surprise for me was that it has a very good subtle taste. A little sweet and fruity. I didn’t expect that for some reason but I am happy with it for sure. Good quality powder, mixes into the shake with no problem.
