For your next self-care session, take the time to create this aromatic herbal foot soak and allow the healing properties of sage and rosemary to soothe your aching feet. Paired with hops and lavender, this warming and relaxing foot soak is the perfect way to unwind, especially after a long, stressful day.

  1. Fill a large saucepan with water and add the herbs. Put the lid on and bring the water to a simmer over a low heat. Leave to simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.(10 minutes)
  2. Pour the mixture into a large basin and adjust the temperature by adding cold water. Note that the water should feel almost uncomfortably hot, but without burning the feet.(4 minutes)
  3. Cover the bath with a thick towel to keep the heat in. Relax and unwind.(1 minute)
  4. Soak for 20 minutes or for as long as preferred. You may gently exfoliate your feet with a washcloth before moisturizing.(20 minutes)
